THE PLUMBERRY PROCESS

THE PLUMBERRY PROMISE

"Our commitment to personalized service and customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our business. We work closely with our clients to ensure their vision is realized and their expectations are exceeded."

HOW WE WORK

INTRODUCTION MEETING:  Getting to Know You and Your Project

We would be delighted to welcome you to our new design studio for a complimentary “get to know you” meeting. This is an opportunity for us to learn about your project goals while introducing you to the full range of products and services we offer.

Plan to spend about an hour with us as we walk you through our detailed design process, share examples of past projects, and showcase the latest design styles to inspire your new space.

Plumberry is more than just cabinets—we’re certified and licensed designers who guide you through every selection that shapes your project.  From cabinetry and countertops to appliances, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, flooring, and more.

This initial meeting is complimentary — your only investment is your time. Should we move forward together, the next step is for us to visit your home to further evaluate your space and begin developing your vision.

Our goal is to educate you on the intricacies of kitchen and bath design while determining if we are the right partner to bring your project to life.

DESIGN CONCEPT CONSULTATION:  Bringing Your Vision to Life

Following our initial meeting, we’ll schedule a time to visit your home to take measurements and assess existing gas, plumbing, and electrical locations. Based on our current workload, your design concept will typically be ready within 1–2 weeks of the site visit.

This phase may require a Consultation Deposit depending upon you location, which will be applied toward your Design Retainer when we move forward. Design Retainer amounts vary depending on the scope and complexity of your project—especially if we’re designing more than one space.

DESIGN IN PROGRESS:  Refining the Vision

We’ll reconvene with all decision makers to present our design concepts and review cabinet pricing—no commitment required at this stage. During this meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to view elevations and perspectives of your new space, helping you visualize the transformation.

At the conclusion of our presentation, we’ll provide a customized Design Retainer for your review. If you feel confident in our team and inspired by our ideas, we’ll move forward together. Once the Design Retainer is approved, we’ll begin crafting your personalized Plumberry Project Planner, which outlines every detail of your project.

At this point, your Consultation Deposit will be credited toward the Design Retainer.

CONTRACT PHASE:  Finalizing the Commitment

Congratulations!  You’ve crossed the threshold from planning to creating, and that’s where the magic truly begins.  Every choice, every detail, every ounce of effort is about to come to life in a space that reflects your vision and personality!  We will coordinate product orders with either our preferred contractor or your chosen contractor to ensure we meet the proposed timelines. Cabinet production times vary by vendor, with delivery typically ranging from 4 to 12 weeks. Final payment for cabinets is due one week prior to their departure from the shop and the Design Retainer will be applied.

If you choose to work with our preferred contractor, we’ll stay actively involved, checking in on progress and assisting with project management to help keep everything on track.

ALMOST DONE:  The Final Touches

You haven’t seen the last of us—though by now, you’re probably excited to have your home back! As the project nears completion, we’ll conduct a final walk-through and create a punch list if needed to ensure every detail is addressed. Once everything is finished, our goal is simple: to leave you with a beautifully designed space and a positive Plumberry experience that lasts for years to come.
